Historic drought – empty boat ramp The dramatic transformation amid the severe drought at Folsom Lake, Calif. More than 85 percent of its water reservoir is completely dry. The water level used to be up to the boat ramp edge. The water is also utilized for regional drinking water and power generation throughout the year.
